Shloof Returns & Exchanges Policy

100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every customer to experience the full benefits of deep, undisturbed sleep. That’s why every Shloof product comes with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied after 100 days of receiving your order, you’re eligible for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.


What’s Covered

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 100 days of delivery, after consistent use for at least 2 weeks.

  • Products must be clean, undamaged, and include all original components (such as travel pouch, QuietCore inserts, etc.).

  • Used earbuds or ear tips may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.


Fit and Comfort Adjustments

If your dissatisfaction is due to sizing issues with your mask, we will gladly work with you to supply a better-fitting alternative, at no additional charge, if we can — comfort is critical to effective sleep.

If your concern is related to the noise-dampening effectiveness of the Sleep Sanctuary system (including Zero Earbuds, Zero Earpllugs or QuietCore inserts), our team will offer a personal review of your specific experience. We'll work with you to identify the issue and, where possible, provide a tailored configuration to improve your results — all before proceeding with a return.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at comms@cgen.technology with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Package your item securely, including all original accessories.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once your return is received and reviewed.

  • Exchanges will be shipped within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
