Built from heat-moulded foam, the Blackout™ Mask fits firmly by design on night one. Over the following nights, the material relaxes to the exact contours of your face – a personalised seal that blocks light completely, and grows more comfortable the longer you wear it.
I would leave 1 star if I could - item got lost and I had to go back and forth with FedEx the finally agreed that it was lost and so I then contacted shloof and they haven’t responded it has been 3 weeks AVOID

I wear it every night, and sleep until I take it off.
The mask is comfortable and fits me well. It feels like a simple product, but that has been highly designed. well weorth the cost to get my sleep level for the first time ever in my life. Great product.
a true draftsman crafted design love the packaging drawing of the design of the mask very Leonardo Da Vinci tase highly articulated. Its not often one who is gifted in design is so committed and skilled at creating a true sleep sanctuary it is a one of a kind
So far I do think it helps me stay asleep better as the sun rises but Im really struggling to actually keep it ON my head. It slips off so easily and usually ends up on the floor. Think I need a larger or second band behind my head like a welder!

Difficult to sleep in and does not block out noise/ earpads do not sit right on your ears

The engagement and customer service around this product is excellent. They really try to resolve any issues you have. The mask is excellent for blocking out all light, but it is quite stiff and may take some time to get used to.

If you would be so kind as to confirm how you tried to contact us, we will make sure this line of communication is active. I am very sorry to hear the mask didn't fit, I see you ordered a small to medium bundle. This would come with inserts installed, have you tried removing them and adding the strap cover? I sleep with A SHLOOF nightly and have really appreciated the extra sleep, especially in the morning. This mask was designed to be adjusted to fit, with strap adjustments and inserts in mind to suit all heads. We have of course refunded you fully now and would appreciate if you can clarify how you attempted to contact us before posting your review -- so we can avoid further frustrations for our customers.

The sound is reduced or disappears completely. My complaint is that I bought it on sale and received it as if it had been used. They should specify that sale items are second-hand. And customer service is nonexistent; they never respond.

It was too big and bulky for me but my problem is that I have emailed 3 times to try and return the product and have had no reply.
I'm disgusted by the customer service, looks like I'm stuck with a product I can't use and out of pocket as it was expensive.
